Coal is mined to the highest standards from a blend of seams whose individual calorific value ranges from *0,**0 Btu/lb GAR to *1,**0 Btu/lb GAR.

INSPECTION: by SGS or recognized surveyor as loading port where buyer is open to conduct own inspection at discharge.

DELIVERY: within *5 days after receive financial instruments into the seller´s bank and to be agreed in the contract, or in accordance of seller and buyer. incoterms: fob / aswp

PAYMENT TERMS: a transferable, divisible documentary letter of credit, or a bank guarantee against telegraphic wire transfer swift payment upon delivery, all financial instruments of a top prime bank payable **0% at sight on presentation of shipping document

PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% of the shipment will be activated upon the receipt of operative financial instrument, acceptable to the seller and the seller´s bank. the terms and conditions of the 2% pb will be governed and submitted to the ucp **0 revised ***7 of the icc.

PROCEDURE TO SELL:

 NCNDA signed initially by the buyer, for the protection of commissions.

• FCO is submitted to the buyer.
• Buyer return FCO signed and sealed plus iCPO with destination port plus POF, addressed to the seller.
• Seller receives FCO, ICPO plus POF and confirms buyer's financial ability to purchase the order.
• Seller sends draft contract to the buyer.
• Buyer sends draft contract to the seller with amendments in red color.
• Seller review and approve draft contract, signs and seals and return it to the buyer.
• Buyer signs and seals draft contract and return to the seller.

• TTM between seller and buyer for contract signature is encouraged, place and time to be determined. both parties exchange hard copies of contract and both parties lodge contracts in respective banks. 
• Buyer´s bank sends to seller´s bank mt **0 conditioned with financial instruments as per  contract.
• Seller's bank sends to buyer´s bank the pop plus 2.0% PB and that will activate the    financial instruments and contract delivery begins.
